Details
IRL is offering you the opportunity to interact with its highly skilled scientists, who will share ideas, provide access to its rich history of research and extensive intellectual property, and give expert insights into your processes.
After the visit, they can provide you with a report highlighting any fresh ideas on how you could improve your business quality, efficiency and differentiation.
What’s available to you?
- IRL is offering New Zealand-based businesses the opportunity to interact with its experts. Have one of the IRL team visit you, or you can visit them, for face-to-face, hands-on technical input.
- The visit can last from 4 to 24 hours (0.5 to 3 working days), depending on your needs.
- There is a limited number of opportunities available, free, to NZ-based businesses that meet the eligibility criteria.
- The visit can focus on anything: existing problems, analysing and improving a product or process, developing a business opportunity, evaluating the potential for innovation, or any other specific, well-defined idea. Visits will be completed by 23 December 2011.
- We can follow up the visit with an Innovation Potential Report.
- The visit can be at IRL, or at the applicant’s premises, or a combination of the two depending on the nature of the visit.
- There will be no charge for the services IRL provides through this programme, including any IRL equipment resources. Successful applicants’ staff labour and equipment costs are the responsibility of the applicant.
- The cost of travel (within NZ) of either the IRL representative to the client's premises, or one client representative to IRL, as part of the project, will be paid by IRL.
- Simple confidentiality agreements will be put in place.
