Steven Tallon wins Best Thesis Award
Industrial Research bioprocessing researcher, Steven Tallon, has won the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) Particle Technology Forum Best Thesis award 2003.

Sponsored by Proctor and Gamble, the award was won by Steven for his thesis titled “The Application of Acoustics to the Monitoring of Gas-Solid Processing Systems”.
The award is given “in recognition of an outstanding dissertation by an individual who has earned a doctoral degree on a topic in particle science or engineering in the physical, biomedical, or engineering sciences”, and was presented to Steven at the AIChE annual meeting last week in San Francisco.
