The "Skip to content" link allows users to skip past navigation links to the main content for the page.
Depending on your browser, use one of the following:
- if you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 press Alt (Mac users press 'CONTROL') and the access key at the same time
- if you use Microsoft Explorer 5 press Alt (Mac users press 'CONTROL') and the access key then press the enter key
- access keys are supported by Netscape 6
