IRL offers a range of options to support its staff according to their changing needs and life situations. Solutions include flexi-time arrangements, the opportunity to work from home, and the provision of flexible work policies.
We are a social organisation and regularly hold activities such as quiz nights, golf tournaments, business games, sports events, and children’s and staff Christmas parties.
