IRL is committed to maintaining and improving the working environment and wellbeing of its staff. In order to ensure their physical wellbeing, IRL offers, among other things, work station assessments, medical check-ups to staff working within identified hazardous areas, an occupational nurse on site, a contracted doctor, summer mole checks and a flu prevention programme.
IRL staff also have access to a free and confidential counselling service at any time. This service enables them to discuss a range of issues that can be work or non work related. We also have a trained support person on site who is available to our staff to listen and support them.
