Training
Here at IRL, we recognise the importance of continuous learning and development.
For this purpose, our staff have access to a range of training opportunities from mandatory Health and Safety courses, to more customised, strategic courses that integrate with our business initiatives.
From time to time IRL offers English courses for employees and their families where English is not their native tongue. We encourage all non-native English-speakers and family members who are new to New Zealand to attend the course, where they can exchange ideas and meet other new arrivals.
