Where are we?
IRL has three sites based in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. The majority of our staff of approximately 350 are located at our Wellington site.
Who are our people?
Since IRL’s core business is providing scientific and engineering solutions, two-thirds of our staff are scientists or engineers with strong academic backgrounds and significant experience in their related fields. The other third make up our corporate group and administrative support staff.
Our workforce comprises staff from a variety of nationalities representing around 35 different countries.
A wide range of demographics, including varied backgrounds and work experiences, collectively enrich IRL’s workforce.
